Refund policy and right of withdrawal
Fourteen days to change your mind, with no reason required. The request is submitted from this site in two steps, and the refund reaches your original payment method within fourteen days.

This policy covers purchases of Deskmode Pro Suite licences made on this site from 3WEB, Via Joe Pass 22, 98040, Gualtieri Sicaminò (ME) - Italy - Partita Iva 02159120837.
The right of withdrawal described below belongs to consumers: individuals buying for purposes outside their trade or profession, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Business customers buying in the course of their activity have no statutory right of withdrawal; the applicable terms are set out in our Terms of sale.
2. Right of withdrawal: fourteen days
You have fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty. The period starts on the day you receive the order confirmation containing your licence credentials.
3. How to withdraw
The simplest route is the digital withdrawal function required by Article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU, available on this site throughout the withdrawal period:
You will be asked for your details, the order number and, if you wish, the reason — which remains optional. The confirmation command is separate from the data entry step, so no request is ever sent by accident. Immediately after confirmation you receive an email receipt with the exact date and time, which serves as proof of withdrawal.
Alternatively, write to [[email protected]] with an explicit statement. The model withdrawal form annexed to the Consumer Rights Directive is equally valid, as is any other unambiguous statement.
4. Digital content: when the right is lost
Deskmode Pro Suite is digital content supplied on an intangible medium. Where supply begins before the fourteen days have elapsed, the right of withdrawal is lost — but only if all three of the following are true:
- you expressly requested that performance begin immediately;
- you acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal once supply began;
- we sent you confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium.
At checkout you will find two separate checkboxes for these statements. If you leave them unticked, the download becomes available once the fourteen days have passed and your right of withdrawal remains intact.
In practice: the law says that once you have downloaded and activated the plugin, withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
Our company meets its customers halfway regardless.
Get in touch and we will almost certainly find a way to refund you, beyond what the rules require.
5. Refund timing and method
- We refund within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
- The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
- No fee is charged for exercising the right of withdrawal.
- The licence is deactivated when the refund is issued: updates and support end at that point.
6. Subscription renewals
Without a licence — the plugin activates none of its features until you enter the key.
On expiry — the version you have keeps working, without updates or support; versions released after your expiry date require a renewal.
If you remove the key — the features switch off, but your settings stay saved and come back as soon as you enter it again.
Annual licences renew automatically. You can turn renewal off at any time from your account area, and the licence stays valid until the end of the period already paid for.
An automatic renewal is a new distance contract: the same fourteen-day withdrawal period applies to renewals as to the first purchase.
7. Technical problems and non-conformity
Withdrawal is one thing; the legal guarantee of conformity is another, and it applies regardless. If the plugin does not work as described, contact us first — in most cases it is solved. If we cannot solve it, you are entitled to a refund beyond the fourteen days as well, under the conformity rules of Directive 2019/770.
8. Complaints
For any complaint, write to [[email protected]]. We reply within [number] working days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body or the competent authority in your country of residence.
