The practical side: renewals, invoices, upgrades and what happens when a licence runs out.

Is the Deskmode Pro Suite licence a subscription?

It renews yearly so that updates and support keep working, and you can cancel the renewal at any time from your account. Cancelling does not deactivate anything: it simply means that at the end of the current year the licence stops renewing, and the plugin carries on running with the version you have.

What happens when a Deskmode Pro Suite licence expires?

Nothing breaks. The plugin keeps working on every site where it is installed, with all the features you paid for. What stops is the flow of automatic updates and access to support, until you renew.

Since a security plugin is only as good as its last update, renewing is worth it — but the choice stays yours, and your sites are never held hostage.

Can I upgrade from one plan to another?

Yes, at any time. You pay the difference between the two plans, prorated for the time left on your current licence, so upgrading mid-year never means paying twice for the same months.

Do you add VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your country and your status. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number can enter it during checkout and are charged under the reverse-charge mechanism.

How do I get an invoice?

An invoice is issued automatically for every purchase and sent to the email address you used at checkout. You can download it again at any time from your account, with the billing details you provided — so add your company name and VAT number before paying rather than after.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards and PayPal, through a secure checkout. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.

Can I move a licence to a different site?

Yes. Deactivate the licence on the old site to free the slot, then activate it on the new one. This is the normal workflow when a client project ends, or when a site moves from a staging domain to production.

Do you offer refunds?

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin does not do what this site says it does and we cannot fix it for you, write to support within fourteen days of your purchase and you get your money back.

We would rather solve the problem than process the refund, so describe the issue first: most of them turn out to be a conflict we have seen before.

Are there discounts for non-profits or education?

Yes. If you run a site for a registered non-profit, a school or a public library, write to us before buying with a couple of lines about the project — we will sort something out.
